Join us for one of two Demos from Mexico's Renown Chef Regina Logar, joining us from Mexico City. Chef Regina brings the flavor of Puebla for our Cinco De Mayo Celebration. 

Chef Regina was the runner-up on MasterChef México in 2018, is an ambassador for Pesca con Futuro—a non-profit focused on promoting sustainable fishing and responsible aquaculture in Mexico—and has participated in numerous high-profile culinary festivals and events across the country. She has also collaborated with major brands such as Nike and leading culinary product companies in Mexico. Regina has worked with renowned restaurants and is the founder and director of La Cevichería Pop-Up, through which she promotes responsible seafood consumption. She’s also considered a key voice and influencer within Mexico’s culinary scene.
